Strength and Balance Classes


Under the Stay Active4Life campaign there will be a class in Kingsdown Church Hall every Friday, during term time, from 1.30 - 2.30 pm.


These classes are particularly aimed at older people but all are welcome to attend. You don't need a referral to sign up and you can bring a friend or family member. The courses will be on-going but will be free for the first 10 sessions.

These very popular classes are led by a trained fitness instructor and intended to

· Build strength and flexibility

· Improve balance and co-ordination

· Improve mobility and posture

· Reduce risk of falls and injury.

Classes also take place at other venues in Ealing - Hanwell, Northolt, Greenford and Pitshanger.
